Mr. Scott is simply phenomenal. He was able to detect the issue with my AC unit in seconds. He fixed it and explained briefly and concisely what the problem was. He is the to go person when you have an issue with your AC unit or your electricity in general. I trust him 100%. His prices are more affordable that most companies that I research for with an outstanding service.

A word of mouth referral for this company. I called the owner, Scott and explained my situation. I told him I was putting in an above range microwave, but it was going to interfere with the double light switch. I told him I would like for him to move the switch box if possible. He told me he could come by late in the day. He called before 5pm and asked if I wanted to go ahead and do it today, or get it done tomorrow. My wife was very anxious to get the microwave installed, so I said come on by. Scott and his brother arrived, accessed the situation, and gave me their best options. After about an hour, the job was done and we were truly very happy with the result. Additionally, he charged the normal 1 hour fee, even though it was ‘after hours’.

Our A/C died on a hot August Saturday afternoon in 100 degree ++ North Texas. Scott Shaw came out promptly (on a weekend!) and diagnosed the problem. He was back again Sunday morning with the right parts, replaced the motor in the A/C unit, and left some very happy customers. Absolutely recommend this company!! Great, competent service at a fair price.
